CASE STUDY ABSTRACT

As Freeman Co. has grown over the years, so has its M&A pipeline. However, the company’s old methodology for managing mergers and acquisitions simply wasn’t organized enough—nor was it “repeatable” enough—to maximize productivity.

Dawnn Repp, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Freeman needed an M&A software solution that provided real-time updates to all related deals, tasks, documents and communication. Security and the ability to standardize processes were important points, as well. Finally, Repp was searching for a solution that she could easily modify herself without placing a phone call to an IT department.
